working principle
The furnace integrates combustion and heat exchange. The new indirect heating technology uses high temperature parts of the furnace body to exchange heat. Smoke and air go in separate ways. Performance characteristics
High temperature resistance measures are adopted to greatly extend the life of the tubular hot blast stove. The flue gas longitudinally flushes the heat sink and the negative pressure smoke exhaust method. The heat exchange part does not accumulate dust, does not need to be cleaned, and has stable thermal performance. All kinds of coal or firewood can be used as fuel, and it is equipped with a secondary air inlet device to burn completely.

Adapt to materials
The furnace is a universal hot air device, which is used in conjunction with drying equipment for various materials. ◎Environmental reference temperature standard is 18℃±2℃, and the calorific value of coal is calculated as 5000Kcal/k g.
◎The hot air temperature in the table is determined according to the output air volume. The hot air temperature of the hot blast stove JRF4 can reach 200 ℃ or higher, and the JRF5 JRF6 hot blast temperature can reach 300 ℃ or higher (for special manufacturing, it can reach 500 ℃ or higher). Users can adjust it according to their needs.
◎The height of the smoke window of the hot blast stove: 3～5 meters for JRF4 type, 5～8 meters for JRF and JRF6 type.
◎The corresponding positions of the outline dimensions in the table are shown in the hot air stove installation diagram.
◎The refractory layer on the inner side wall of the lower part of the furnace starts from the grate, and its height: JRF4- 4 is 0.5 meters and can be installed on site.
◎JRF6 type is a chain grate type combustion device.
