Overview of titanium dioxide:
Titanium dioxide, a white solid or powdered amphoteric oxide, molecular weight: 79.87, is a white inorganic pigment with non-toxic, good opacity, whiteness and brightness, and is considered as a white pigment with ideal performance at present. Titanium dioxide has strong adhesion, is not easy to undergo chemical changes, and the color is snow white.

It can be used in coatings, plastics, papermaking, printing inks, chemical fiber, rubber, cosmetics and other industries. It has a high melting point and is also used to make refractory glass, glaze, enamel, clay, and high temperature resistant laboratory utensils. Titanium dioxide is an important white pigment and porcelain glaze. Used in paint, ink, plastic, rubber, paper, chemical fiber, watercolor paint and other industries.

The working principle of titanium dioxide centrifugal spray dryer:
After filtering and heating, the air enters the air distributor on the top of the dryer, and the hot air enters the drying chamber evenly in a spiral shape. The material liquid passes through the high-speed centrifugal atomizer on the top of the tower body, and (rotating) sprays into very fine misty liquid beads, which can be dried into finished products in a very short time in cocurrent contact with hot air. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is evacuated by the fan.

When the outlet temperature is 90oC, the water evaporation curve is shown in the figure above (for reference for selection).
